I brought in two CDs to work last night: HIM's Dark Light, and James' Whiplash. Then I purchased a $20 CD player and some batteries. Let's hear it for third shift employment! Whiplash is totally new to me, even though it is eight years old. I bought it at the Paoli News Agency for 99 cents the other day. The songs sound VERY similar to others from Seven and Laid, and that is a good thing.

One odd thing about these CDs - both Dark Light and Whiplash have a song called Play Dead.

I might have to check out Amazon for more James CDs. Three might not be enough.

On the reading side of things, I borrowed a book called Conversations With God, by Neale Donald Walsch. Wow! I still don't think there is a God, but this is a lot of fun to read. If you want an interesting take on God and life, check this out.
