I finished Bag of Bones a couple of days ago, by Stephen King. He's great at making the supernatural believable, and the characters have real depth in most of what he writes. I liked this story, even if it was about yet another writer in Maine...

Now I am reading The Gold Coast, by Nelson DeMille. The main character is in for a world of hurt. He is becoming enmeshed in the new next door neighbor's Mafia schemes, and also taking his wife for granted and behaving foolishly with regard to her. Dumb, dumb, dumb. I guess that's a lesson you have to learn the hard way. Lord knows I did.

VAST lyrics come to mind:
Ooh my lover on a long long empty road
Ooh sweet lover I got lost
And I...
I need to get back home...
