Ah, the joy of escaping into books. Recent readings included four books by Tami Hoag (Cry Wolf, A Thin Dark Line, Ashes to Ashes, and Guilty As Sin). They seemed almost exactly the same. Serial killer going after a woman who is caught up in an unwanted passion for a man with conflicted emotions and a tortured past. Cry me a river. Hehehe...

Also read Snow Falling On Cedars, by David Guterson. Good, but not great. Poor Ishamel. Move on.

Still trying to work myself up to finishing two books. Ulysses, by James Joyce, and Something Happened, by Joseph Heller. Not feeling up to reading either one right now, for very different reasons. Both are excellent, though.
