another long work day

Whew. Sundays kill my feet. It feels good to sit in front of my computer and type this.

I finished rereading A Prayer For Owen Meany today, and it almost made me cry several times. I am reasonably certain that I did cry the first time I read it. It's so sad, and yet so wonderful.

Now I am reading The Shipping News, by E. Annie Proulx. Very strange so far.

I gave Sarah my work number this morning. It made every call a little more interesting as the day went on, even though none of them were her. Well, at least I am talking to her online right now.
